Due to the suburban location, the provided internet signal is only available at the "Old House Café," and other areas within the property have weak or no signal. We apologize for any inconvenience.
The tent is designed for 4 people, and additional bedding services cannot be provided.
Removing or damaging any items from the guestroom or common areas is strictly prohibited. Offenders will be required to compensate at the original price and may face legal action.
To maintain the quality of accommodation, please remove your shoes inside the house and refrain from smoking indoors (including vape). Guests who wish to smoke should do so outside.
Please clean and tidy up any used facilities and spaces for the convenience of the next user.
Barbeque equipment is available for free rental, but reservations must be made in advance.
Parking is free for guests, but please take care of your valuables, as we are not responsible for any loss.
The whole compound is near a lake and rivers, so please ensure the safety of children if they are accompanying you.
For environmental reasons, please bring your own toothpaste, toothbrush, comb, shower cap, cotton swabs, razor, and towels (^-^ ).
As the Forest Neighbours is also open to our Malay friends, pork or pork-related products are not allowed. Violators will be fined.

客服确认资料及应付数额后，请在24小时内完成转账手续，并将付款证明转发客服；
若无法在 24 小时内收到汇款，该房间的保留权将自动取消，客服将不另行通知。
成功订房后，您将会收到客服回传的【确认资讯】、【入宿明细】及导航。
